We360.ai 2.0 helps your employees be more efficient and provides valuable data to the management about how the employee works. Enable yourself to track and collect employees’ real-time user actions and behaviour data on company workstations.
Ideally, in offices, the sounds of keyboard strokes and mouse clicks indicate the level of employee activity. Consequently, We360.ai 2.0 uses keypresses, mouse clicks, and mouse movements to measure employee activity levels. If none of those instances are found, our activity tracker can identify that the employee has been inactive. Our software can compare the time the mouse or keyboard is active or inactive to the time spent working to arrive at our reported activity metrics.
Activity monitoring is essential to reduce time spent following up with the employees and spending more time on the things that matter in your business. You can see at a glance who’s doing what and how active they are by tracking the activity levels on average and total grounds in the summary and detailed views. The summary view contains metrics cards, graphs, and insightful data points, and the detailed view contains trend graphs and detailed data points for every employee/team within the filtered ranges.
On the summary dashboard, after selecting the team and customizing the calendar filter, you can identify the activity percentage, the top URL and the application used throughout the organization, and the top category of the URL and app used. Then, you will see the activity metrics displayed in doughnut graphs. The first graph displays the ‘Online Time Breakdown’ showing Active Time and Idle Time; the second graph displays the ‘Activity Breakdown’ following <50% active, 51-75% active, and 76-100% active. You can also identify the top 3 most active teams/users and the top 3 least active teams/users. Below this, you will find the bar graph representing the teamwise activity breakdown.
On the detailed dashboard, after selecting the team/user filter and setting the date range, you will find the graph to help you analyze the Overall Working Time Trends to identify Working Time, Online Time, Offline Time, and Break Time for the selected range. Below is the Teamwise Activity Breakdown graph to help you analyze Active Time and Idle Time for the selected range. Below the graphs, you will find the table with detailed metrics over the selected range of time (total values | average values), which will help you identify Working Time, Online Time, Offline Time, Active Time, Idle Time, Break Time, and Activity Percentage all on the average and total grounds.
Both views represent an activity status of an employee or the team, which is always available for download on demand (as CSV).
