- Once installed, the person installing the app should run the apps once and provide the permissions and MacOS security allowances.
- The apps and the installer may need to be allowed from ‘Privacy and Security’ once.
- The apps need access to ‘Screen Recording’ and ‘Accessiblity’ to work.
- To give the access, Open ‘System Settings → Privacy And Security’
- Choose ‘Screen Recording’, make sure the app is selected and enabled. If it doesn’t work then it is recommended to remove the entry then click ‘+’ and add it again.
- Choose ‘Accessibiliy’ and follow same instructions as ‘Screen Recording’
- The APPS need to be RESTARTED once after giving said permissions for data collection to start properly. This can be done either via Login/Logout or by quitting the app once via ‘Activity Monitor’
