The "Change Team" feature in We360.ai is designed to streamline team management. Whether you're reorganizing departments or simply updating team structures, this feature allows admins to change multiple users' teams quickly and efficiently. Here’s a comprehensive guide to using the "Change Team" feature, along with the benefits it brings to your organization.
Navigate to the Users and Designations Tab in Settings:
Begin by accessing the "Settings" section within We360.ai.
Click on the "Users and Designations" tab, where you'll find a list of all users within your organization.
Select the Users Whose Teams You Wish to Update:
Identify the users whose team assignments need to be changed.
You can select multiple users at once, making it easier to update team structures in bulk.
Click on the Triple Dot Kebab Menu in the Top Right Corner:
After selecting the users, locate the triple dot kebab menu in the top right corner of the page.
This menu contains various options for managing your selected users.
Choose "Change Team" from the Dropdown Menu:
From the dropdown menu, select the "Change Team" option.
A new window will appear, allowing you to proceed with the team reassignment.
Update Team Assignments:
In the new window, you’ll see the list of selected users.
Each user will have a dropdown menu next to their name, displaying the available teams.
Simply select the appropriate team for each user from the dropdown.
Confirm Your Selection by Clicking on the "Change Team" Button:
After assigning users to their new teams, confirm your selections by clicking the "Change Team" button.
The changes will be applied instantly, updating the team structures across the platform.
