Distribution via MDM Tools

Distribution via MDM Tools

In order to distribute your We360.ai Mac Installer via the more popular MDM tools available such as JAMF Pro* or Addigy, there are some extra steps that will need to be taken before the installer can be distributed.

*Please note that you will need Jamf Pro, as Jamf Now will not work. In addition, due to Apple's permissions requirements, Jamf Pro can only install the agent and won't be able to grant the necessary permissions. The end user will still need to grant permissions under

Security & Privacy > Accessibility, and Security & Privacy > Screen Recording.

We360.ai already provides you with a .PKG file, so you should not need to convert the installer into any other format.

You may need the following in order to deploy the PKG: The files are available in the admin account.
