Goals

Goals is a robust tool designed to streamline the process of setting, analyzing, and accomplishing performance targets within our platform. By establishing specific objectives for activity and productivity, Goals empower teams to synchronize their actions with organizational priorities, driving overall success.

Setting Goals for Team Performance:

Define team goals for Active Time and Productive Time per day to provide clear direction and ensure unity.

Track progress towards goals to pinpoint areas requiring support and acknowledge progress.

Feature guide:

1. Goal Achievement Status:

See in a quick glance how many employees have achieved the goals within your organization.

For example: Here you can see that out of 42 employees, only 9 have achieved the set goals.



2. Goal Achievement Distribution:

Analyze the distribution of goal achievement levels across teams, and see in real-time in which range the employees lie in terms of achieving the goals, you can see the range of goals achievement: 0-25%, 25-50%, 50-75%, and more than 75% (which means how much is achieved of the set goals)

For example: Here you can see the distribution of all the 42 employees and out of them 21 employees are doing well in achieving the goal, they have achieved 75% of the set goals.



3. Teamwise Goal Comparison:

Compare the goal achievement of the teams at one place also you can compare their performance with the previous period and analyze the teams that have shown improvements as compared to their previous period and which teams needed support.



4. Employees list:

This list gives detailed analysis of each individual employee, where you can analyse each metric like:

  • Present days: Number of days the employee was present in the filtered date range.

  • Goals achieved: Number of days the employee achieved the goal in the filtered date range.

  • Online time: Total time spent by the employee on their device, between consecutive punch-in and punch-out events in the filtered date range.

  • Active time: Total time spent by the employee on their device, between consecutive punch-in and punch-out events, while the connection is not disrupted.

  • Activity vs Goal: Shows the percentage activity achieved based on the set activity goal for a given date range.

  • Productive time: Total time spent by employees using apps/URLs mapped to the productive category. See productivity mapping for more details.

  • Productivity vs Goal: Shows the percentage productivity achieved based on the set productivity goal for a given date range.
