To edit break, follow these steps:
Step 1: Find the break you want to edit. Look for an action button associated with the break; it is typically represented by a pencil icon.
Step 2: Click on the action button (pencil icon) for the desired break. A popup window will appear, providing you with options to modify the existing information for that break.
Step 3: Within the popup, you have the flexibility to modify break details as required. This could involve changing the break name, adjusting the maximum break time, and toggling the break's active status.
Step 4: After making the necessary adjustments, review the edited information to ensure accuracy. Click on the "Submit" button within the popup to save the updated break details
The system will display a confirmation message “Update successfully” on top of the screen to verify that the changes have been successfully saved.
By following these steps, you can easily edit the break and customise the break hours and settings for your employees.
Breaks cannot be deleted. However, if you wish to restrict access to a specific break for employees, you can simply toggle the active status of that break to "Inactive".
