Please note the following frequently encountered points wrt. installing Myzen in standard/stealth mode - 

• If installation throws an error about a myzen-updater or any such job, please click on Ignore
• Standard: DOES NOT require full administrator access to install.
• Stealth: DOES require full administrator access to install. The user who is to be monitored doesn’t need to be an administrator. For seamless operation in stealth mode, please note the following -
  • Do NOT change the name of the stealth installer file downloaded from the portal.
  • When the app is installed on a machine, for any user that logs in to the machine, a unique user will be created by default.
  • The admin user used for installation will be created instantly.
  • A user needs to logout and login from Windows to guarantee data collection and to ensure that the app is running.

Old version support

1. Standard [Versions released before 1st September 2023]
   1. If multiple users are running the standard app on the same machine, then login for them may not work properly. This can be fixed by logging out the other user from the system or asking them to close their MyZenV2 app.
2. Stealth [Versions released before 8th September 2023]
   1. Update/Upgrade may not work without running uninstallation prior to restarting then running the installation again.
3. Stealth [Versions released before 8th September 2023]
   1. Installation will not work on machines which have unsigned powershell scripts disabled.
