We360.ai includes two interfaces. Interface 1, the MyZen desktop application, needs to be installed on all employee Windows systems. Interface 2 is a web application accessible to administrators.
The employee application is called MyZen app and supports the Windows operating system. Upon completing onboarding, administrators can send email notifications to employees with instructions for MyZen app download and installation. This email will provide the username, password, and a link to access the MyZen application.
Installing MyZen app on Windows is hassle-free and straightforward. Follow these steps:
Follow these steps to download the MyZen (.exe file) for Windows:
Step 1: Go to the we360 portal and click on the "Download" button on the top right corner.
Step 2: On this page, within the Windows section, you will encounter two distinct download buttons:
Click on “Standard” to download the MyZen - Standard
Click “Stealth” to download the MyZen - Stealth
Note: While installing MyZen - Stealth, it is mandatory to download Key Config file.
Follow these instructions for a seamless download experience tailored to your system specifications.
Supported Versions - MyZen supports Windows 8 and above OS.
Hardware - MyZen will run with basic hardware configuration, but for a seamless experience 8 GB RAM and SSD is recommended.
Antivirus and Exceptions - If the system is enabled with any third party antivirus or windows firewall, then an exception for the MyZen app needs to be created in the Antivirus or firewall configuration settings in order to avoid interruption in usage.
Double-click to install the MyZenV2 Setup which might be located in the Download folder.
A Windows popup will be displayed which might look like the image given below. Click on the Yes button to start the installation.
This window will close automatically after the installation is finished.
To open the Myzen application, click on the windows icons and search “MyZenV2” then open the application.
Now enter the workspace name, click Sign in.
Now enter email address and password and click Sign in
Login is successful, Now go back to the desktop app “MyZenV2”
Click on the Punch In button and start working.
Note:
Once the user is signed in, the user needs to punch in before closing/minimising the application. MyZen will keep running in the background and rest in the system tray.
Users need to Punch Out before they can log out.
Step 0: Updating MyZen is a breeze. You can simply sit back and let MyZen take care of the updates for you, as it has an automatic updating feature built-in. No need to worry about manual updates anymore – MyZen keeps itself up-to-date seamlessly.
Search and open control panel
Click on “Uninstall a program”
Go to app “MyZenv2” and click on it, and then in the top bar click on “Uninstall”
You’ll see this pop-up, click on “Yes”
Select “Remove all component” and press “Next” button
Then click on “Uninstall” button
The uninstallation process is complete and now click on “Finish”
