We360.ai offers an extensive reporting feature, allowing you to delve into your employees' data, such as stats, attendance, breaks, work patterns, productivity, and more. What's even better is that you can easily download each report from the dashboard or report menu in PDF / CSV format, making it simple to share with others.


When you access the reports from the navigation bar, you'll find a variety of report types at your disposal:


  • Daily Attendance Report

  • Monthly Attendance Report

Filters:

To narrow down your focus, we've implemented two essential filters in each report: “Team filter” and “Users filter” in all the reports. If you need to examine the monthly attendance of specific teams or individual users, these filters will be incredibly useful. With just a few clicks, you can access the exact data you're looking for. With the help of “Date filter” you can access the historical reports as well.


Want to take this report offline or share it with others? No problem! You can easily download this report in CSV format, ensuring you have it at your fingertips whenever you need it.

Daily Attendance Report:

This report provides comprehensive details of each employee's assigned shift, their In time and Out time, whether they started and finished work early or late, and the total time they've worked throughout the day.


The table contents:

  • Employee name

  • Shift

  • Arrival status (early / late / on-time)

  • In time

  • Out time

  • Departure status (early / late / on-time)

  • Working time

  • Online time


The same filters are available here too, team, users and date filter. And you can download the report in csv format.


Monthly Attendance Report:

Monthly Attendance Report provides you with comprehensive details of your employees' attendance for an entire month. This report allows you to access historical data through date filters, giving you a detailed picture of each day, including employee presence, hours worked, absences, and weekly off days.

In this report, you can easily discern which days employees were present and the number of hours they've put in. It also highlights days when employees were absent, offering a clear representation of their attendance for the entire month. Additionally, you can view the total number of days employees were present and the total number of days they were absent.


Filters:

To refine your data analysis, we've included the same helpful filters: team, users, and date filters. These filters enable you to focus on specific teams or individual users and select the date range you want to examine. The flexibility you need is at your fingertips.

Download:

You can conveniently download this Report in CSV format. This way, you have the data offline or ready for sharing whenever necessary.


Monthly In-Out Report:

In addition to the Monthly Attendance Report, we offer the Monthly In-Out Report. This report provides a more detailed perspective, showcasing the precise punch-in and punch-out times for each day within a given month, whether employees were present or absent. As with the Monthly Attendance Report, you can also track the total days of presents and absents.

Filters:

To refine your data analysis, we've included the same helpful filters: team, users, and date filters. These filters enable you to focus on specific teams or individual users and select the date range you want to examine. The flexibility you need is at your fingertips.

Download:

Just like with our other reports, you can conveniently download the Monthly In-Out Report in CSV format. This way, you have the data offline or ready for sharing whenever necessary.

Apps/URL Report:

Our Apps/URL Report offers a detailed insight into the top 20 applications and URLs used by employees. You'll find a graphical representation of their usage in descending order. Additionally, a detailed usage list is available, providing information about which apps/URLs were used, their duration, and usage percentage. The detailed usage list is presented in a table format with columns: Type, Details, Percentage, and Duration. You can sort each column according to your needs.

This report allows you to focus on either Apps usage or URL usage. Two checkboxes, one for Apps and the other for URLs, enable you to view the complete report based on your preference.

Filters:

Similar to other reports, our Apps/URL Report includes essential filters like team, users, and date filter, offering you a tailored data analysis experience.

Please note that Apps/URL reports can only be downloaded in PDF format.


Productivity Report:

Our Productivity Report offers a holistic view of employee performance. It dissects their total online time, revealing how productive an employee has been during a given period. But that's not all. This report goes a step further, detailing an employee's online presence and how many hours of this online time were productive, unproductive, or neutral. It also accounts for the duration of breaks taken within the selected date range.


Online Time Breakdown:

Online time = Productive time + Unproductive time + Neutral time + Break time.

This breakdown provides a comprehensive understanding of how employees spend their time while logged into the system.


Filters:

To tailor your data analysis, the Productivity Report features the same versatile filters as other reports: team, users, and date filter. You can select specific teams, individual users, and the date range you wish to examine.

Download:

As with other reports, you also have the option to download this report in CSV format for easy access and sharing.

Activity Report:

The Activity Report offers comprehensive details of time spent by an employee, highlighting their level of activity during work. Much like the Productivity Report, this report dissects online time into active time, idle time, and break time. However, it goes a step further by providing an in-depth analysis of an employee's activity, showcasing the number of key presses and mouse clicks made while working.


Online Time Breakdown:

Online time = Active time + Idle time + Break time. This breakdown offers a detailed insight into an employee's work behaviour.

Similar to our other reports, the Activity Report includes the same useful filters: team, users, and date filter. You can select specific teams, individual users, and the date range you wish to analyse.

As with other reports, you also have the option to download this report in CSV format for easy access and sharing.


Break Report:

Our Break Report provides a structured overview of the breaks taken by employees throughout a day. It presents this information in a tabular format, showcasing the break type, start time, end time, and the duration of each break. For your convenience, you can sort each column as per your specific needs.


Filters:

To tailor your data analysis, the Break Report features the same versatile filters as other reports: team, users, and date filter. You can select specific teams, individual users, and the date range you wish to examine.

Download:

As with other reports, you also have the option to download this report in CSV format for easy access and sharing.


Teams Insight Report:

The Teams Insight Report is not your usual report. It's more like a visual dashboard that quickly shows you how each team performed on a single day. It provides key insights for each team, including:


  • Attendance: How many team members were present and absent

  • Activity: The average activity level of the team

  • Working Hours: The total hours worked by a team in a day

  • Top 3 Active Users: The team members who were the most active



This dashboard is like a grid of cards, with each card containing information about a specific team. To check out insights from previous days, you can use the date filter. But remember, you can't download this report.



Alert Report:

Our Alert Report is like a table that neatly organizes all the alerts generated in a day. This table provides information about the alerts, including:


  • The date when the alert happened (you can look at alerts from different dates using the date filter)

  • A brief description of the alert

  • The type of alert: there are four types - URL alert, application alert, and overtime break alert

  • Who the alert is triggered for

  • The time when the alert was triggered


Filter:

The Alert Report only has the date filter, which lets you pick a specific date to check out alerts.

Download:

As with other reports, you also have the option to download this report in CSV format for easy access and sharing.


Dynamic Report:

The Dynamic Report offers you the complete freedom to create a customized report, allowing you to specify the exact information, metrics, or statistics you want to see. Whether you prefer a summarized report or a detailed one, it's all possible. Plus, you have the flexibility to download the report in three different formats: CSV, XLS, or JSON. With this level of adaptability, you can generate a wide range of reports to suit your needs.


Example:

For instance, you can create an attendance report that only includes the employee's name and total working hours. Alternatively, you can craft a report that combines both attendance and productivity percentages.

There are six filter sections within this report, each containing checkbox items (where each checkbox item represents a piece of information or a metric). Any item you select will be added as a column in the report you're creating.


The filter sections are as follows:

  1. Report Type: Choose between a summary report or a detailed report, and select the format in which you want to download it.

Downloading Your Report:

After configuring your report to your liking, clicking on the download report button will open a popup that prompts you to name this report. This way, you can easily identify and access the report you've created.




Logs Report
