Wellness Feature offers two views for a customised experience:
Summary View: Quickly grasp an overview of your team's well-being with key metrics, providing a snapshot of their overall health.
Detailed View: Dive deeper into individual and team-specific analyses for a more comprehensive understanding, enabling targeted interventions for improved well-being.
Quikly grasp an overview of your team's wellbeing with key metrics like:
See how many of the employees are Healthy in percentage;
What is the total Working time on that selected date (with a comparison with previous day);
A quick look at who is the most overburdened employee and
who is the most underutilised employee.

Overall wellness: Displays a pie chart distribution of how many employees are healthy, overburdened and underutilised.
Top Healthy: A pie chart that displays top healthy teams with their working hours,
Top Overburdened: A pie chart that displays top overburdened teams with their working hours,
Top Underutilised: A pie chart that displays top underutilised teams with their working hours
In the last section, you will find a Team Wise Utilization chart, where you can see each team's wellness breakdown (healthy/overburdened/underutilized), and you can compare all the teams at once
Summary view has a single date filter and teams filter. With the flexibility of filters, you can evaluate the wellness of the whole organization or any teams you desire and also analyze the historical wellness metrics with the help of a single date filter. You can also download this wellness dashboard in PDF format.
Detailed view has a team filter, user filter, and a month filter. Detailed view offers you a wellness trends graph and a detailed employee list. The wellness trend graph displays the trend of distribution of employees who are healthy, overburdened, and underutilized.
In the bottom section, you will find a list that houses detailed wellness metrics of each employee in a tabular format like:
Employee: Name of the employee
Total present days: Displays total number of present days of that employee
Healthy: Displays the number of days the employee has worked for a healthy period of time.
Overburdened: Displays the number of days that the employee was overburdened (i.e worked more than healthy period of time)
Underutilized: Displays the number of days that the employee was underutilized (i.e worked less than healthy period of time)
Health %: % of days in the filtered date range when the employee worked for a healthy period of time.
Overburdened %: % of days in the filtered date range when the employee worked for more than a healthy period of time.
Underutilized %: % of days in the filtered date range when the employee worked for less than a healthy period of time.
Detailed view has teams, users, and a month filter, with the help of which you can evaluate wellness across the entire organization, specific teams, or individual users. Additionally, you can analyze historical wellness metrics using the month filter.
