Installing the we360.ai Chrome Extension is quick and easy. Follow these steps to get started:

Step 1: Install the Chrome Extension

Visit the Chrome Web Store and search for ‘we360’ or ‘We360.ai Workforce Productivity Analytics’, or use the link above for direct access. Click 'Add to Chrome' and follow the prompts to install it.

Step 2: Pin the Extension

Once installed, pin the extension for easy access:

1. Click the puzzle-shaped Extensions icon in the top-right corner of Chrome.

2. Look for the we360.ai extension and click the pin icon next to it.

Step 3: Enter Your Workspace Name

Click the we360.ai extension icon in the top-right corner to open it.

1. Enter your workspace name (provided in your We360.ai welcome email).
   Example: If your login URL is ‘workspace.we360.ai’, your workspace name is workspace

2. Press the arrow button ( → ) to continue.

Step 4: Sign In

You’ll be redirected to the we360.ai login page.

1. Enter your Email ID and password.

2. After logging in, you’ll be taken to a page showing a unique code (URL: https://workspace.we360.ai/extension-login).

If you haven’t set your password yet, use the link provided in the welcome email to do so before continuing.

Step 5: Copy the Code

1. After logging in, a unique code will appear on the screen.

2. Click Copy to copy the code.

Step 6: Paste the Code

1. Open the we360.ai extension again.

2. Paste the copied code into the input field and press the arrow button (→) to complete the setup.

Step 7: Start Working

That’s it! You’re now all set to start working seamlessly with MyZen. Simply click the Play button (▶) in the extension when you begin your workday.

Note:

If you are stuck on the login code page in the extension (for example, you don’t see the code page), click on ‘Change Workspace’ to restart the login process. This will help refresh the workflow and resolve the issue.
