We360.ai collects essential computer/user information, not tied to individual user activities, including:
Computer Name: The machine's name.
Computer Timezone: Local computer timezone.
Logon Domain: Domain name for users attached to an Active Directory domain, otherwise the computer name.
Network ID: A hashed representation for uniqueness.
Primary Domain: Main AD domain name of the machine, varies for different operating systems.
Private IP: Local network IP address.
Public IP: Internet access IP address.
Session ID: Identifies different user sessions on Windows, especially for Terminal Servers.
User Information: Friendly and simple login names from the operating system.

We360.ai defines user activity as the currently active window with mouse movement, mouse clicks, keypresses and without keystroke logging. The information collected includes:

Executable: Executable file of each activity.
