User settings comprise some actionable parameters that need to be set to gather accurate and desired insights for an individual user. By default, these settings take the same values as the team settings for the team the user is a part of. The values for all the following parameters can be set using the switchers/dropdowns provided -
Step 1: For every user, there is an action button (kebab icon) to edit an individual user’s profile and settings. By clicking it a popup with two options “Deactivate” & “Modify User” .Click on the “Modify User” and a drawer from the left side will appear.
Step 2: Click on the settings tab, you will see following tracking parameters:
Do not track: Switch on to stop tracking metrics for the user. This switch lets you control whom to track and whom to not.
Capture Screenshots: Switch on to capture screenshots.
Live Stream: Switch on to view live updates about a user.
Keyboard Mouse: Switch on to track activity about the user.
Applog: Switch on to track application usage by the user.
Auto punch-out: Switch on to enable auto punch-out at the end of the day.
Screenshot Frequency: Set the frequency in minutes at which screenshots will be taken. This filter works by default as per the team’s settings.
Idle Timeout: Set the time in minutes, after which an idle check pop-up appears. This filter works by default as per the team’s settings.
Idle Timeout Threshold: Set the time in minutes, after which auto-punch out due to idle status occurs. This filter works by default as per the team’s settings.
Active Threshold: Set the time in minutes within which active status persists. This filter works by default as per the team’s settings.
Portal Access: Switch on to give the user access to the web app.
