How to set up an employee wellness meter?

At first glance, you will see a scale showing healthy, overburdened, and underutilized employees. This wellness meter enables you to select maximum and minimum working hours daily for a user to be healthy and ideal. 


Steps to set wellness meter:


  1. Click on “Wellness” in the settings.


  1. You will see a scale of 0-23, representing 24 hours.


  1. It shows 3 parameters: healthy, overburdened, and underutilized, each in Purple, Orange, and Grey colors respectively.


  1. Drag on the scale to set the limit for each healthy, overburdened, and underutilized. 


  1. After setting the parameters, click on the button save.


  1. Your wellness meter is ready to measure employee wellness as per the set time range.
